Support services
Organisations that help with stalking, harassment and online abuse. Each entry says what the service actually does — and, where it matters, what it does not.
What this page is, and isn’t
This is a signpost, not a service. We cannot help you directly, we are not a crisis line, and nothing here is legal advice. The organisations below can do things we cannot.
Details were checked by hand on 26 July 2026 against each organisation’s own website. Helpline hours change — if something here is wrong, the organisation’s own site is the authority, not us.

Outside these countries, search for your national domestic abuse or victim support service. We would rather say that than publish a list we have not checked. How Don't Feed the Trolls checks things.
